Adevarul despre “noul” radar

“Noul “aparat radar achizitionat de Politia rutiera din Romania este produs de firma americana MPH Industries si este conceput din 1999.In mod firesc producatorul a imbunatatit performantele produsului an de an.Dar,principiul de functionare (BEE III) sau POP Technology a ramas acealasi.Varianta achizitionata de autoritatile romane este denumita AUDIOVISION conceputa de firma britanica TSS (Trafic Security Sistems) care la radarul produs de MPH Industries a conexat aparatura video de monitorizare a traficului cu intreg setul se optiuni.

Ce este nou, sau, prin ce difera vechiul radar de noul radar ?

1-La vechiul radar nu era legal ca operatorul aparatului radar sa il porneasca brusc,sa amplaseze un comutator pe cablu de alimentare sau alte metode artizanale.Conform normelor metrologice de verificare a aparatelor de masurare cinnemometrice din Romania aceste proceduri erau si sunt ilegale.

La noul radar ,prin modul sau de functionare (stand by) acest lucru este legal*(vom analiza legalitatea ulterior in detaliu).

2-La vechiul radar modul de transmitere a undei este MODUL CONTINUU,singurul mod legal,corect si care respecta efectul Doppler care sta la baza functionarii aparatatui radar.

La noul radar modul de transmitre a undei radio (in prima faza INSTANT ON ) este DISCONTINUU din 67 milisecunde in 67 milisecunde, astfel incat un detector de radar de conceptie veche sau NEPERFORMANT nu poate percepe semnalul si deci nu reactioneza. De aici pleaca principala MINCIUNA care se vehiculeaza cum ca aceste radare sunt nedetectabile. O unda radio este perfect detectabila ! Chiar producatorul MPH Industry afirma pe site-ul sau ca majoritatea detectoarelor de radar nu pot detecta tehnologia POP.





CE ESTE FENOMENUL DOPPLER ?

O unda radio transmisa de un emintator cu o anumita frecventa ,in momentul in care loveste un corp solid aflat in miscare ,se reintoarce la emitator cu o frecventa modificata direct proportional cu viteza corpulului refractar.Deci prin modificarea frecventei se determina viteza.

CUM FUNCTIONEAZA NOILE RADARE ?

Pe scurt: SIMPLU: pe baza efectului Dopller si aplicand tehnologia POP.

Practic: Operatorul radar APRECIAZA daca vehiculul ce urmeaza sa devina tinta are o viteza mai mare sau mai mica decat viteza legala din sectorul de drum aferent.

Pasul 1: Apasa la telecomanda pe butonul de transmitere INSTANT ON ,emite unda radio in banda K pe frecventa 24,148 Mhz, unda transmisa in mod DISCONTINUU , iar aparatul radar in mai putin pe ½ secunde determina viteza.ACEASTA DETERMINARE ESTE INFORMATIVA (NU ARE CARACTER JURIDIC).Aceasta determinare nu are acuratete de 100% si nu este considerata legala in USA conform Laboratoarelor de masurare a vitezei (organism juridic independent in USA),conform revistelor de specialitate RADARTEST si expertilor de la 1 st radardetector USA.Acest semnal poate fi depistat numai de detectoarele performante care au incorporata tehnologia POP.

However, it is recommended that any police officer using POP radar only use it to obtain an estimate of a vehicles speed, then switch to normal mode to obtain the exact speed. The reason for this is POP radar is not 100% accurate and therefore police should not be able to write you a ticket based solely on a POP radar reading. Because of this we believe POP radar is not something you should worry about and POP radar detection is not something you should look for in a radar detector. In fact, most radar detectors that detect POP radar have the POP radar detection turned off by default as it just increased the false alerts you can receive with any radar detector.



Pasul 2:Operatorul radar trece din modul DISCONTINUU in modul CONTINUU apasand pe tasta specifica in cazul in care tinta depaseste viteza legala.Practic acest lucru se poate produce instantaneu in urmatoarea secunda.TRECEREA IN MODUL CONTINUU ESTE NECESARA PENTRU A FACE DETERMINAREA LEGALA.(Practic trece la functionarea identica vechiului radar)-deci DEPISTABIL.



*Apare inerent principala problema: DACA LA VECHILE RADARE PUTEAI SA PROBEZI IN INSTANTA FAPTUL CA OPERATORUL A PORNIT BRUSC APARATUL (NU ARE FACUTA CALIBRAREA) LA NOILE RADARE CARE STAU PERMANENT STAND BY,NU AI CUM SA PROBEZI DACA OPERATORUL DE RADAR A TRECUT IN MODUL CONTINUU SAU A FACUT DETERMINAREA IN MODUL DISCONTINUU. “with the POP mode ,the potential for abuse is obvious : hit a speeder with POP ,hand him a ticket and let him to convince the judge that the officer was cheating”

1-Sa respectam viteza legala.

2-Daca achizitionam un detector de radar in mod obligatoriu acesta trebuie sa fie dotat cu functia POP.

3-Recomand cu caldura achizitionarea unui aparat care sa afiseze frecventa pe care esti atacat.Iata putinele modele care au aceasta functie extraordinara:

POP Radar Test

MPH Industries first introduced POP radar technology (also known as the Super Bee) in its radar guns in 1999 as a way to defeat radar detectors. Today MPH's radar guns while operating in POP mode, can defeat over 85% of the radar detectors in use today.

POP mode works by sending out a quick burst of pulse radar at approximately 67 milliseconds. MPH Industries admits that while in this mode, that the displayed speed of a vehicle may not be accurate. They recommend that the officer only use this mode to obtain an estimate of speed from the target vehicle, establish a vehicle tracking history, and then switch to normal mode to obtain the exact speed.

Therefore POP mode is seldom, if ever used by law enforcement and should not be a major concern as an "important feature" in considering your radar detector.

In fact, most radar detectors that have the POP mode have it disabled by default, as activating POP on detectors, opens it up to receive a false alerts.

COMENTARII

Ca personaj tehnic, nepolitic, dar roman ros ,galben si albastru nu pot sa nu fac urmatoarele remarci:

1-Din 2000 pana la finele 2009 MPH Indusrty a vandut 10.000 radare cu tehnologie POP. Din acestea 449 le-a achizitionat Romania. 5% din productia pe 10 ani.

2-Flota Politiei USA cu radare POP tehnology este de 2000 bucati in 2010. Deci americanii au achizitioanat cam 200 buc/an. Daca impartim aceasta valoare la 52 de state (aproximativ un stat american similar cu Romania) rezulta 4 RADARE / STAT/AN. ROMANIA A CUMPARAT 449 APARATE DECI DE 110 ori mai mult decat USA.Si mai spunem ca la noi este criza?.

DA ,SUNTEM IN CRIZA DE ROMANISM,dar sa nu spuneti ca eu v-am spus…..
